About the Ride
Community Rescue 'Ride for Life'
TM is an
event to raise funds for Energex
Community Rescue Helicopter.
A committee consisting of
a range of well known and recognised people has been
established to assist with the event and ensure
maximum
exposure and funding opportunities.
Dynamique Events & Public
Relations have combined with the committee
and
volunteers to support the event and assist with the
growth of the
event while raising funds to continue the
work of Energex Community
Rescue.
The fun ride
Community Rescue 'Ride for Life'
TM is an
opportunity to help raise funds for Energex Community
Rescue and join in with other cyclists from families,
celebrities, recreational cyclists and partnering
companies. Join in the fun after the ride where we
will present lots of prizes and provide entertainment.
Food and beverages will be available for sale at the
park.
The Community Rescue 'Ride for Life'
TM has
three distances from 10km, 20km and 40kms. The start and
finish lines are in Kawana.
All pre-registered riders
are able to collect their back pack, water bottle and T
Shirt at nominated cycling stores on the week leading up to the event.
Late registrations are ok but there is a $5 fee for
processing.
